HYDERABAD: The ‘Elimination of Violence against Women’ will be observed on November 25 in Hyderabad to raise public awareness about violence against women.
The globally observed day includes various activities to highlight the anti-violence needs with women empowerment projects, campaigns to educate people on how to escape violence and the consequences of violence against women.
The United Nations (UN) has designated this day to spread worldwide awareness on common forms of violence – excessively committed against women.
